Users are expected to implement their own logic, develop their own solutions, and create their own work products based on these educational references. Our services are not intended to replace independent user-developed work.
2. Service Limitations
Services are provided without specific guarantees or warranties. SoftF.Tech does not warrant that mentorship or guidance will meet any particular organizational requirements, career certifications, professional evaluations, or technical benchmarks. We make no representations regarding suitability for any specific purpose including employment qualification, certification requirements, or third-party standards.
3. User Responsibility and Independent Work
Users acknowledge and agree that all final work products, portfolio implementations, and presentations are created solely by the User through their own efforts, independent development, and personal execution. Guidance received from SoftF.Tech is for educational and skill development purposes only. Users bear full responsibility for:
  • The originality, authenticity, and independent implementation of all work presented
  • Compliance with employer, organizational, or professional body policies
  • Verification that any assistance received constitutes permitted guidance under applicable rules
  • All consequences arising from use, presentation, or submission of developed materials
Users are the sole creators of their own work.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
SoftF.Tech expressly disclaims any guarantee regarding:
  • Acceptance, approval, or validation outcomes by any third-party organization, employer, or professional body
  • Performance, functionality, or suitability of User-created implementations
  • Compatibility with specific third-party evaluation criteria or technical standards
  • Professional results, career advancement, or any particular outcome from following provided guidance
  • Hiring decisions, certification approvals, or organizational recognition
5. Limitation of Liability
SoftF.Tech shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential outcomes arising from use of guidance. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:
  • Outcomes related to how users apply provided guidance
  • Third-party evaluations, reviews, or decisions
  • Loss of data, opportunities, or professional prospects

6. Appropriate Use of Services

Users are solely responsible for their use of our services and any outcomes that result from applying guidance received. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable employer policies, professional standards, and organizational requirements.
9. Independent Relationship
SoftF.Tech operates as an independent technical mentorship and engineering consultancy provider. We are not affiliated with any educational institution, certification body, employer, or professional organization. We do not confer degrees, diplomas, certifications, or professional credentials. Any decisions regarding acceptance, recognition, or validation of work developed with our guidance rest solely with the relevant organization or employer.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Dispute venue shall correspond to the registered business location of SoftF.Tech. Users agree to attempt informal resolution of any disputes before pursuing formal proceedings.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between User and SoftF.Tech regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
12. Severability
